How to Cancel Your Booking

Need to cancel a booking? No problem. Here’s how.

On the booking card, tap the ⋮ (three dots) in the top-right corner, next to the price.
Tap Cancel Job.
Before you cancel, the app offers two other options: remove the cleaner or reschedule for free. Choose one of those, or confirm the cancellation.

Good to know: Removing a cleaner is free until they tap On My Way. You can also tap View all details at the bottom of the booking card, then Cancel Job.

Cancellation fees

More than 24 hours before: free.
Within 24 hours: $20 fee.
Within 12 hours: no refund.

Just need a different time? Reschedule instead. It’s free until your cleaner is On My Way.

Changed your mind?

Go to Booking > PAST, find the cancelled job and tap Revert to put it back on your schedule. If the date has passed, tap Rebook. Reverting also refunds the $20 late-cancellation fee if you were charged one.
